We mourn Lorenz, who was shot dead by a police officer in Oldenburg at the age of 21.

Lorenz was killed by four shots from behind, one of which was a direct shot to the head.
The police are talking about “self-defense” and doing what they are all too good at: lying, distorting the facts, protecting the perpetrators. The bourgeois media join in and spread the all too familiar narrative of the “knife attacker”.
Lorenz is already the eleventh person to be shot dead by German police officers this year. His murder is not an isolated case - it is part of a racist system that has already cost the lives of Oury Jalloh, Mouhamed Lamine Drame and many others.
We will not remain silent and demand justice! Let’s take our anger and grief to the streets together!
